Can I visit your store?
Guess what!?! You're here! We don't have a retail location. We choose to spend as much time as possible in our shop or with our kids, so we created this website for you to get a glimpse into our design process and our products. You can also check out our Instagram account @hammmadefurniture for frequent updates.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Most swing bed orders are built to order and leave our shop 2–4 weeks after purchase and travel by freight across the continental USA. Contact us directly for specific inquiries and/or rush pricing.
Can I order bedding for my swing from HammMade Furniture?
Absolutely! We sell mattresses and pillows in a variety of colors. Our mattresses are fast-drying foam, wrapped in Sunbrella weather-resistant fabrics.
Do I have to?
Nope! Our swings will accommodate standard twin and crib size mattresses, too, so you can order the swing separately if desired. Dimensions:
Twin: 92 wide x 43.5 inches deep
Crib: 70 wide x 32 inches deep
What is included in my order?
Swing, hanging method you select as a kit (which includes eye lag bolts to be attached to your porch ceiling.) We highly recommend consulting with a local expert to manage installation. The process is simple, but you should verify your installation plan for maximum safety. HammMade Furniture is not responsible or liable for swing installation.
Does the swing actually swing?
Yes! All swing beds move when pushed. Even without pushing, there can be slight movements from normal use and weather. We recommend leaving 12 inches free on the sides of the swing and 18–24 inches behind the swing. A gentle rocking is normal, and a stronger swinging motion is created if pushed.
